Come and join colleagues and organisations from across primary care, secondary care and the community. The afternoon will include a series of brief presentations covering a range of metabolic health topics from theory through to practical application.
Hear from colleagues and patients who are achieving real success! There will be networking time, and facilitated discussion on actions and next steps. There will also be some tasty food for you to try. Together we can make a real difference to metabolic health in Somerset and by learning, sharing and improving we can enjoy the journey too.
