This additional workshop is being run by Somerset Community Education Provider Network (SCEPN) and SGPET. We are pleased to invite Health Care Assistants working in General Practice - topics to inlcude understanding more about diabetes, why we need to work together to improve care, 5 ways on how you can make a difference day to day and preventing problems. See flyer below for further information.
Please note initially we can only offer two places per practice. Course information will be shared for cascading to colleagues.
This initial SCEPN event will be free to attend by all HCA's, future events may have a charge for non SGPET members.
