This additional workshop is being run by Somerset Community Education Provider Network (SCEPN) and SGPET. We are pleased to invite Health Care Assistants working in Care Homes - topics to include understanding more about diabetes and prediabetes, why we need to work together to improve care, 5 ways you can make a difference day to day, preventing problems, enabling self care. See flyer below for further information.
Please note places are limited and initially we can only offer one place per organisation. Course information will be shared for cascading to colleagues.
This initial CEPN event will be free to attend by the HCA, future events may have a charge.
