- Want to know more about NHSE Advanced Practice Apprenticeship/Masters Funding 2024? - Our Advanced Practice Lead Catherine Hayden is holding 2 information and Q&A sessions on 14 November and 6 December for managers and clinicians interested in accessing the NHS England funding for Advanced Practice in 2024. The session will cover what Advanced Practice is, governance and the NHSE CPD and funding opportunities which will be available to apply for early next year. Book your place via the SGPET website. - Additional CPD offers open to primary and community nurses alongside the GPN fundamentals & the CARE programme.
- Frailty - Tier 3 Frailty Module ( Developed by NHSE and the BGS Free to access via BGS to all community & primary Care Nurses till June 2024 ) level 8, accredited by RCP. Have undertaken this myself and am part of the Nurse/AHP BGS Council. - Heart Failure - BSH ( British Society of Heart Failure) 3-month free membership .. open to General Practice/Primary Care Nurses as part of a collaborative between NHSE and BSH.
