Home Oxygen Assessment and Review service (HOS-AR) and Pulmonary Rehabilitation service – new provider
South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCWC) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and has managed a recent procurement process for and on behalf of NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board for HOS-AR and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services in Somerset.
Following this procurement process, a new provider has been awarded the contract to deliver the HOS-AR and Pulmonary Rehabilitation service currently being delivered by BOC.
From 01 December 2023, Somerset's HOS-AR and Pulmonary Rehabilitation service will be transferred from BOC to Baywater Healthcare. Click here for pathway for patients requiring home oxygen
