Free Public Health England training sessions for Somerset GP Practices on the role of Physical Activity in Health

As part of the national campaign "Everybody Active, Every Day" free training sessions on physical activity are being provided by local Somerset GPs; Dr Amelia Randle, Dr Emeline Dean, or Dr Campbell Murdoch

Sessions can last from 30mins and up to 2.5hours

The sessions are designed for clinical staff but all practice staff are welcome to attend.

By the end of the session you will understand the benefits and role of physical activity in health improvement and disease prevention/treatment in primary care.

The training is provided at your practice. We will hopefully be able to meet your preferred dates and times, but please do make your booking request as soon as possible to ensure availability.

The training is available until the end of 2016 (and will possibly continue into 2017).

Please see the attached flyer for more information.

To arrange a training session please email Amelia, Emeline and Campbell with "PHE Physical Activity" in the subject heading to make your booking (this would probably be easier than suggested booking method on the flyer).
