Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of The Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences at the University of the West of England, I am delighted to invite you to an open evening to showcase our new Physician Associate Studies Programme. The new programme will be part of the Allied Health Professions Department. The open evening will involve numerous speakers, who will review this emerging professional group and the potential for this role in Primary Care. The evening will also include demonstrations of the facilities here at UWE, including the Simulation Wards, Virtual Environment in Radiotherapy suite, X-ray room, RT Planning suite and Paediatric suite. The event will also be an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues in Primary Care within the region.
The welcome reception will take place on Wednesday 24th February 2016 from 18:00-20:00 at our Glenside Campus.
