This one day course is aimed at Managers and team leads, and supports them to understand the key components of leadership and how to embed these into their everyday management style. There will be lots of discussion around current styles and how to integrate the learning within the workplace. A key outcome will be that delegates will finish the day with a clear action plan and fresh ideas on how to tackle leadership and management issues.
The course covers:

- Leadership styles
- Motivation
- Leading teams to create high performance

- Giving feedback

One place per practice will be funded.
This training is due to be held face to face.
