The South Somerset Education Evening is on the 21st May and we are pleased to have Catherine Cassell and Karen Baker from the diabetes recovery programme attending. They will be passing on the knowledge they have gained from working with practices to improve their diabetes care, invaluable to us all in times of rising numbers and complexity of patients with diabetes. The evening is at the Prince of Wales on Ham Hill and there will be food provided.
Cancellations: Please note cancellations one week prior to the event will incur an admin charge of £15
