This half day programme for HCAs, physiotherapists and health coaches will run alongside our main Diabetes Study Day and will cover core knowledge of diabetes, with two workshops of either foot checks or health and wellbeing and diabetes.

- What is diabetes? Type 1 vs Type 2, why do metrics matter rough guide to medication. (HCA & HC)
- The impact of diabetes on people and their families What support is currently commissioned for people with diabetes in Somerset- why lifestyle modification matters. Diets. (HC)
- Foot health (HCA)
- Managing complex patients as a team (HCA, HC join Study Day
Lunch will be held together with all attendees of the Diabetes Study Day
