Who for?
Those who are starting out in leadership including up to and including ST3 GP trainees, new to practice clinicians, allied health professionals and others aspiring to be in leadership positions.
Objectives - Increase our understanding regarding leading and be able to apply this through the following:
- What is (and is not) leading?
- Who can lead?
- What are different styles of leading?
- What strengths do I have to help me lead?
- How can I now put into practice what I’ve learnt?
