This workshop, organised by BTC working in collaboration with SCEPN, is designed specifically for Practice Managers and General Practice Nurse Leads who are intending to or considering employing Trainee Nursing Associates (TNAs) and /or Assistant Practitioners (APs).
Aims: the workshop is designed to:
- Enable practices to understand the TNA and AP roles and their differences
- Clarify how each course runs and outline the application criteria and processes
- Provide information around funding, supervision and employer responsibilities
- Hear from learner experiences
- Provide a forum for questions and sharing concerns
