RCGP Reinvigorating GP Careers Workshop
16 March 2017 Engineers House, Bristol
Are you looking for ways to reinvigorate your career or perhaps inspiration to improve your working day? Would you benefit from some time and space to think about your career and engage with a range of interesting speakers and stimulating workshops?.
Severn Faculty RCGP are delighted to announce a new GP one day careers event this spring with emphasis on:
· Introducing new ideas and approaches to optimise your current ways of working;
· Providing inspiration and time for thinking about your career;
· Providing a showcase for the wide variety of GP careers and possibilities.
The day will include inspiring key note talks from internationally renowned speakers Dr Chris Johnstone and Dr John Wynn-Jones looking at ways to protect your quality of life in a time of overload, and how an international perspective can refresh your career.
Workshop choices will include coaching input from the 'Second Curve' company looking at resilience and coping under pressure, as well as workshops exploring teaching opportunities and achieving greater financial control and freedom. There will also be a range of workshops run by GPs who have become involved in working in remote/rural areas and beyond, as well as much closer to home in a variety of ways.
Member price: £40.00
