Consultation skills training for paramedics, physios, pharmacists and nurses.
The patient consultation is at the core of general practice and there are plenty of models and techniques that we can use to improve our consulting. With the benefit of some experienced GP trainers this half day aims to introduce you to, or remind you of, some advanced consultation skills, and allow you to practice some techniques in small groups.
This session is open to anyone who wants to improve their consultation skills. It might be particularly relevant to anyone undertaking the Roadmaps to practice as it will directly address some of the KSA domains but you don't have to be following the roadmap to attend.
