The Urgent Care Study Day will cover how to manage commonly encountered scenarios in primary care. With patient contacts now being initiated from phone call, e-consult and face to face we will look at how to triage and manage cases by learning from local experts. It is a multi-professional event reflecting on the skill mix now working in primary care and learning from each others strengths by discussing the scenarios in small groups. It is suitable for any clinician who works in primary care especially those who may be the first point of contact.
