Small things can make a big difference!
A learning event on encouraging people with additional needs or disabilities to make Healthy Lifestyle Choices is taking place on Tuesday, 19 November 2019 in Glastonbury. See the attached flyer and programme for more details.
We encourage health professionals, support staff and carers to join us at this event to:
- Make healthier choices and overcome barriers to accessing support and services
- Network with a variety of organisations and groups who support people with learning disabilities
- Develop ways of working together to help people live their lives to the full
