Just to let you know that Paula Younger is heading up to the frozen north (Newcastle) from the 29th of November to the 6th of December inclusive to see family for the first time in 2 years; the library team will do everything they can to help between those dates (although the team is a little short-staffed at present, so please confirm if your request is urgent, especially where it relates to direct patient care).
